it would be cool if it were true...

HOWEVER....that's nowhere near possible...at least given the circumstances of the video....the chances of each separate room being on a different circuit...and that circuit being reachable through the basement are ridiculously small....and i'd doubt that the building has computer controlled lighting....not an office building of that size
