Color On My Computer

My Color is stuck on 16bit and everything looks alittle crazy
its was working fine ealier today and i must have dont something to make it go crazy i went into my properties to set it back to 265 color and its not in there just 16bit is the only one i can choose could some one please help me

For us to be able to help you a little better we need a bit more information.

What are the specs of your PC?
If you don't know then please download and run SysSpec. Run the file > click edit > click copy to clipboard and then paste it with your reply.

Did you install any new software or hardware?
