New Build Booting Problem

Hi, I've just build my first computer and i'm havin problems booting. My main components are; Asus M3N-HT Deluxe Mempipe MB, AMD Phenom x4 9950 Black Edition 2.6gz, some ram and stuff... errr i think the problem is the power supply because it only has a 4 pin connector to the motherboard whereas i think it needs 2x 4 pin. Any help will be much appericated (spelling).
