I posted this topic (now deleted) over the christmas period and Sentinel was helping me. I had to go abroad in the new year (just returned) and could not continue as laptop belongs to wife. Followed the malware removal guide and posted many logs to Sentinel under his instruction. Sentinel suggested the problem may be 'memory' and was considering passing me over to your technical team prior to my last log. It was then that I departed this island. The problem is still there. Very slow to boot up, very slow to do anthing (even open a folder). Regards Theresa55
