Hello thecropchick and welcome to G2G!

There's only two things you can really do in this situation.

1 - Clean the keyboard, this includes underneath the keys.

2 - Replace the keyboard.

Did the milk go anyway else or just the keyboard?

What make and model laptop is it?

I don't like to interupt but thecropchick if you find a laptop keyboard expensive what you can do is attach a usb keyboard if you have a spare usb slot. Please note if the milk did go anywhere else as ZEUS_GB asked it could be more expensive.

Regards

It was only a small splash on the keys. Luckly, my DVD drive was closed. But, how can you clean under keys of a laptop or even replace it? My laptop is a Compaq Persario

To be able to clean under the keys you'd have to switch of the laptop, remove the battery, unscrew the keyboard (screws on bottom of laptop) disconnect it from the motherboard and then clean it. It would more than likely mean gently removing some of the keys well.
