Computer shuts completely off on its own! :(

Hie people...These days, my computer shuts off on its own, as in .. I get NO warnings. I only hear the sound of the fan louder and boom! Computer off..then the computer restarts....no time limit..it just turns off :) .. please help

Have you checked easy possible problem such as the computer overheating? If it is a laptop, and this might be the case, try a cooling pad.
