I recently bought an Acer Aspire 4530 for my girl friend that just really uses it to surf. Not a bad computer until you try to download anything or even try to watch a streaming video, or open an attachment with a video. The IE error comes up with Server connection was reset.. and wont let you do anthing... I cant even watch a youtube video... Anyone have ideas on what it could be?

Windows Vista
Processor: AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core QL-60 1.90GHz
HD: 70GB/ 43GB free
Mcafee Antivirus
Windows firewall turned off

Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
- security programs in use (antivirus, firewall)

What IE version?
Did you try different browser?
