I downloaded Everest home but although it shows that I am running XPPro, sp3, when I click on product info it just takes me to the Microsoft product info page, no install key. Any thoughts? Thanks, Don

happyrock, the Everest Home I got from the download site is a differant version from yours and does not contain the subsection named Operating System. However I did download the Key finder from Majic jellybean and it did the job for me. Thanks to both of you. Don.c
