I've been having problems with my laptop for around 2 weeks no- it all seems to have begun when a friend connected his USB key- task manager stopped working and I couldn't run any programmes except the internet. After downloading rundll.exe again all seemed to be going fine until another friend connected their USB. Same problems again, and then that cleared up but someone else tried to download SP2 before getting rid of any malware, viruses whatever that might be lurking. Now, I can't get into the configuration panel to delete SP2 which didn't completely download- everytime I try to click on I get an error message from explorer.exe and the computer freezes. I have run all the spyware and antivirus programs you recommend and now this is my hijack this log. I hope you can help!
