Hi,
So basically what happens is the sound for the file plays fine but there is no video. It just plays it as if it were an audio file only. It's only for .AVI files all my other ones are fine.
What should I do??
Thanks!

See, if VLC Player: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ works OK.

It'd indicate, that you have some codecs missing.
Get this: http://www.free-code..._Codec_Pack.htm, and try WMP again (after restart).
