100% CPU usage while using iexplorer and flash stuff

All these three browsers have three different engines, so trying another browser won't help.
See, if same thing happens in Safe Mode with Networking?

Restart computer, and keep tapping F8 key, until menu appears.
Select Safe Mode with Networking

Not even a slight change .. anyway i give up i will just stop playing flash games

you may want to try System File Checker
To do this simply click on Start ....run...and type in...sfc /scannow
note the single space between sfc and the /

Another option...
Go Start>Run (Start Search in Vista), type in:
msconfig
Click OK (hit Enter in Vista).
Click on Startup tab.
Click Disable all
Click Services tab.
Put checkmark in Hide all Microsoft services
Click Disable all.
Click OK.
Restart computer in Normal Mode.
NOTE. If you use different firewall, than Windows firewall, turn Windows firewall on, just for this test, since your regular firewall won't be running.
If you use Windows firewall, you're fine.
No change?

Click on Startup tab.
Click Disable all
Click Services tab.
Put checkmark in Hide all Microsoft services
Click Disable all.
Click OK.

I changed my Processor from a pentium 4 one to a pentium D and the problem is completly solved ... But how? My old processor( pentium 4 3.2 ) is not that old .. it should handle flash well

it may have been overheating cpu...it would cause it to throttle back...I changed my Processor from a pentium 4 one to a pentium D and the problem is completly solved ... But how? My old processor( pentium 4 3.2 ) is not that old .. it should handle flash well
