Sometimes when I turn on the computer, I would see a black screen with a floating box that says "Video Mode not Supported" with red, green and blue squares under it. Sometimes when I turn on the computer the screen does go into Windows.
I searched around google for answers but I find that it depends on what screen or graphics card you are using...

I'm using a Samsung SyncMaster 150N Monitor.
Power Supply is ATX 600W.
Graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT.

The settings are already at 60 Hertz and the screen resolution is 1024 x 768.

Any help would be fantastic! :)
