You guys are great. I've now been able to fix two of my pcs based on your suggestions/downloads. So there still are knights in shining armour.....

Glad to hear that.
Now when your computer is clean, here is something which will keep it clean..
- Make sure you have all critical updates installed.
- Make sure that you have a firewall running when you are connected to the internet and Anti-virus software which has the latest updates.

I would recommend FireFox instead of Internet Explorer.
