hi there..
i have a new laptop and i messed it up..
the recovery partition is not working..
i have tried evrything..
im using vista home premium..
my question is since i still have my recovery partition could i just format the windows drive and install a new windows vista premium from a dvd becaues my friend has a dvd of it use my license and then use the recovery partition to restore it back to its original setting..
maybe this would work.. saves time in installing the drivers and stuff..
i dont want to try it until i know it will work..
i hate reinstalling..
i may not install all the features back or somethings might not work..
