Hi,
i had tried to burn a data disc using Nero Express. However, when i use a NT4 OS to read the CD, it will not be able to do so. I had tested the CD reader on the NT4 to read other CD, it had no other issue. is there any setting i need to set for the burner so that the NT4 can read the data CD.

Or do i need to use other software?

Lets clarify what you are asking first.

Are you trying to read CD's? or are you trying to burn CD's?

If the CD drive is good, you should be able to read the CD through explorer.

As for burning/ writing to the CD, it of course needs to be a CD burner.
After that, NT is a little particular on the program used.
I work on NT at work and Nero is a little funky.
I am now using ImgBurn to burn to the CD's.
It is a quick and dirty little program It is free and simple to use.

sorry for the confusion.

i'm trying to burn some data into CD using my Nero express on my XP. but will be reading this cd on NT4 OS. so far all the CD was unreadable after numberous tries. so any suggetion to get this to work?
