i copied the files into the bar and after all files were completed i tried to reboot as you stated i got this message pendingfilerename operations registry data has been removed by external processs i will post my hijack log shortly

also i love easy cleaner i found in the add remove section of easy cleaner VCAMEN VPRINTOL i did a google search on these items and the only thing that came up was message boards about possible viruses are these items safe to have on my computer

Yor HJT.log is clean only the one item to remove.

Can find any info on the two items VCAMEN VPRINTOL can you give me a link to where you found the info.

Please read through the instructions before you start (you may want to print this out).

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items:

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

also i have syegate as my firewall and i wanted to know if this is safe to allow Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services C:\Windows\System\svchost.exe

also i didn't find any hardcore info on VCAMEN and VPRINTOL i went back and did another google search and all i got was hijackthis message boards but didn't see any direct refrence to those two items

help i accidently removed softv92 from my add remove list in windows i was trying to remove registry mechanic and i didn't notice that i had highlighted the wrong item until it was too late :tazz: ;) ;)

is it ok to have microsoft antispyware along with all the other products i have running on my system i have spysweeper, nortons antivirus, sygate let me know if i should disable one of these products thanx in advance :tazz:
