My topic regarding letgohome has just been closed because I have been told my copy of Windows is not legitimate. What does this mean as my computer was purchased from a reputable shop and I have the windows product key on a microsoft sticker on the back of the computer.

Hi riffmachine,

Go here

Upgrade to SP1a

If you can sucessfully upgrade to SP1a then we will be able to assist you, if you cannot upgrade it may signify that your copy of installed XP is not legitimate. If this is the case then you need to take that up with the vendors.

If you can upgrade let me know and we can reopen your post.

Regards,

Usetobe
