Hi. A couple weeks ago BHowett helped me out with a couple items in my HJT log. This is the thread: http://www.geekstogo...ms-t230051.html

I wasn't sure whether to request that be reopened or just start a new one.

Basically I just have one issue, which is:

O20 - AppInit_DLLs:

Previously that line had a reference to guard32.dll within it, which is associated with Comodo Firewall. I have updated Comodo since I was helped here a couple weeks ago, so that may account for the change. However, when I searched "O20 - AppInit_DLLs:" on Google the only reference I found for that particular type (with nothing after the colon) looked like it could be a problem, so I thought I'd get the opinion of someone here.

Thanks very much :)

PS - the reason I ran a HJT scan was because a couple days ago I noticed the HD light running frantically while Firefox was open but the computer otherwise being idle - this happens from time to time for brief periods, but this time it seemed to last a while. I opened Task Manager and nothing was using large amounts of the CPU, but cmdagent.exe , which usually is at about 1500K Memory Usage was running at 100,000K+. I closed Firefox and also used Task Manager to end the process helpsvc, which usually isn't in the process list when I ceck it. After a couple minutes cmdagent settled down to its usual Memory Usage. Not sure if that may shed any light on the 020 entry.

F-Secure Online Scan and Malwarebytes scan have shown no problems.
