Hello, I have windows XP and

I installed windows XP onto my computer and DrWatson/WinExplorer keeps crashing. I am trying to repair the disk but it seems unable to regognise that windows is installed. I am trying to change the Product key to another windows XP i have so maybe it will work, although that doesn't seem to work, although that could be because I am updating windows atm.

Thanks, REB

Edit: I know that isn't alot of information but I am not quite sure what else to add, just post or give hints and ill try to retrieve the info.
