No internet after google redirect virus removal with MALWAREBYTES

i got a google redirect virus yesterday on my laptop and managed to get rid some it of it with malwarebyte...but now i have no internet access. Malwarebyte deleted some registry keys related to ipaddresses but i dont know whats happening

i reset tcp/ip settings with winxpsockfix, no change

i can connect to my router wirelessly perfectly, just cant go further and access websites
any help appreciated

i ran malwarebytes first, then combofix, then hijack
ive also posted install/uninstall list and what combofix got rid of
