Since ya'll helped me so famously a few weeks ago with a problem, I'm coming back to you again. I wiped my son's laptop and reinstalled windows and Microsoft Office due to a stop fail issue. Everything seems to be running well, except when the screen goes black if I accidently tap the case. I then have to hard close and restart. Am I missing a driver since I wiped everything? I had to reinstall all video, graphic and wireless drivers, but I still have this issue.

The screen is brand new (about 1 month old) as my very pretty but stupid cat ran full force into it, shattering it and leaving a head imprint. I had the screen replaced before the laptop was wiped. Thanks in advance for your help. Teddi
