I did everything on the guide checklist until I got to the step where you run Malwarebytes anti-malware program then the trouble started. I have a hijacker with which I have been struggling for weeks. I even tried to re-install my OS, but that still did not get rid of the hijacker. It shuts down my browser whenever I type in hijack this or malwarebytes.org. This happened with IE, Firefox, and Opera. I finally got the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware downloaded using Chrome, but it won't run -- even when I tried renaming it. This hijacker is really hard to live with I have to fight with it constantly to go where I want to go on the web and I can't seem to get rid of it. Every time I try a new browser it gets to it also. I did have a hijack this log, but now I can't find it and I'm not sure I saved it on the note pad. I getting so tired I'm rum dum so I guess I'll go to sleep and pray for help while I'm sleeping. My next plan is to run msconfig and see if I can figure out what all is running and get rid of it by hand that way. I'd appreciate any advise. Thanks

I found my hijack this log:

I hope I'm posting this in the correct place to get help.
