Windows Login Screen Problem

Whenever I boot up Vista, before the Login screen shows up, the screen that says you have typed in the incorrect password shows up before i have even had a chance to type the password in.. I click ok and then log in, but im wondering why this message shows up in the first place.. not a serious problem, but an annoying one.. any help would be very nice..
