I have version 4.0.1.1 of McAfee's Privacy Service installed on my DELL 4550 desktop. I keep getting the message 'invalid user' when I try to sign in to Privacy Service. Because of this, I cannot sign in and it always blocks me from connecting to the internet.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
