Thanks Don77 for response to my inquiry about Recycle Bin. You also recommended I Defrag C drive. Was able to get grey Defragmentation on screen and left it on overnight but all it says is 0% complete. When I exit it tells me Windows has not finished defragmenting Drive C. Anything I can do? Thanks

try doing it in safe mode, while its booting up, you may have to press a button like F8. I wish i could remember how i did it, but I made it somehow to ask if i wanted to go into safe mode when i booted it up. which was great because I could never find the key to do it, and it's useful for stuff like defragmenting, disk check thing, adaware, etc.
