I am trying to follow the Removal Guide, but at the System Restore I get an error message "To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v2.0.50727. Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET framework." I have run the ATF cleaner and have also run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware a couple of times. Windows has been updated. I am a novice and I have no idea what to do about the error message and would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
