The system did not come with recovery media, but we made a set of recovery disks.

Drive we are replacing is a Hitachi 5400 SATA 80G
Model#hst541680j9sa00

with a

Seagate 5400.3 SATA 120G
Madel#st9120822as

When I try to run the recorery disk, during the partion proccess the system give me an error:

recovery32
type mismatch

Figured it out.

The recovery disk did not like the Hard Disk as FAT32
