Malware? Google search gets redirected...

Hi
I think ive been infected with malware :S
When i do a search on google, and then try to clik on the results the page doesnt open but instead gets redirected to random sites.....
ALso a random ad for Vimax ***** enhanvement pills started appearing evrywhere on my browser :S

Any Help???

Iv attached a HJT logfile...
