i guess it all started a few weeks ago. i went to upload pics from my camera and everything started to go..the camera asked me what i wanted to do..and i chose the option and it didn't go any further...i would then reboot..and the same thing happened...later on that same day i went to download music..i use 360 share pro and that too would just start...and go no further...i have searched my PC for the camera programs and they aren't even in my PC..and they are not available for DL anymore through webpages...then i went to 360 share pro for help and they said it was something to do w/ the newest version of java...could this be...did java eat my programs...what do i do...are my camera programs still in my PC somewhere...and i do NOT want to loose all of my music either...and i DO NOT want to have to pay for the program again either..and if i uninstall it...that is what will happen...i really don't see how my camera programs can be missing...you all have helped me before...and i am greatful for that...believe me...can you help me again????

thanks in advance!!!

catskillflower,

The good news is your programs music and pictures are probably not gone. I think what the technical support rep was trying to tell you is that there program is not compatible with the newest version of Java. This is one of the rare occurrences that I recommend installing a old version of java or waiting for a update of the program. You can still keep the newest java installed.
