Hello there,

When I start my computer it takes approximately 20-25 minutes to completely boot up before I can start using it. Can someone please assist me on how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Hi Jouju,

Please follow this guide,

Take a look at this article by Artellos. What makes your machine slow? The recommendations can really improve speed and performance. Do what this guide suggests.

And do this,

Go to Start >> Right click on My Computer >> Select Properties >> Tell me the information under the General Tab for System, and then Computer. Specifically needing to know your Operating System (OS), processor speed, and RAM(memory).

Post back if you have any questions about the guide or need help with it. And also when you find this information out that I have requested.

Thank you,
