Changing Domain / Email Name

Im in process of chaning our domain name from @current.com to @new.com
We need all @current.com email to get to @new.com

How do I configure exchange 2003 to receive mail for both @current.com and @new.com?

I need to make sure that I do not lose any mail. Does anyone have experience with domain name changing or at least the email part. I had another topic on changing the domain name open, but I figured I would start a new on because this is more about email, than just the domain name.
