I had this problem before on my desktop awhile ago. Recently this error just came up on my laptop.

What logs can I provide you guys to solve this pop up problem every time CCC starts up?

I'd follow the advice in the error message and update your graphics drivers.

Beyond that, I got this at work the other day on an ATI Radeon 9200 AGP card. Drivers are impossible to find (not even at the ATI/AMD website), but luckily I found them at the VisionTek website (the card manufacturer).

I'd guess that this depends on the type of ATI card that you have and who the manufacturer is

This is what I got when I used the device manager to search for updates.

Since it doesn't want to allow an update, then I'd suggest...

- downloading the latest version available from the ATI website.
- uninstall the current graphics drivers (and all the rest of the ATI stuff).
- reboot (dismissing any Found New Hardware dialogs that may pop up).
- install the freshly downloaded drivers.
