I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF ASSISTANCE WITH THE REMOVAL OF THIS INFECTION TO MY NOTEBOOK.

OPERATING SYSTEM: XP
PROBLEM: GETTING POPUPS AND I SEE THAT RUNDLL32 EXE IN TASK MANAGER...WAS NEVER THERE BEFORE... PLEASE HELP ME
