I am using a Windows XP Sp2 Media center edition pc. I have noticed in the task manager that a process named iexplore.exe is running, although I have not started Internet Explorer and there is no Internet Explorer window visible on my screen. This iexplore.exe process started automatically in the background. When I kill this process it goes away but it comes back automatically after few minutes. I have also noticed that sometimes there is some audio played by this background iexplore.exe process. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Thanks
