Your list shows both operating system and graphics card driver problems. To fix the first you need to have an XP cd.
Place the disk in the drive and click Exit when it loads. Click Start > Run. In the dialog box type sfc /scannow (please note the space in the command) and press Enter. Now windows will check for missing or corrup system files and will replace them. When the process ends (it takes some time) the dialog box just disappears.

To fix the second problem go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel. If there is anything related to nVidia - remove it. Go to Device Manager > Display Adapters. Click the + sign to expand, right-click the driver and uninstall it. Reboot the computer. There is a chance that the driver will be reloaded automatically from windows. If not, reinstall it either from the driver CD or by downloading from the motherboard or video card manufacturer's site.
