ADMIN Rights

Hello guys, I'm trying not to allow ADMIN rights for a user who uses kodak easyshare which only function fully if the user has Full ADMIN rights.
I cant remember if there's a way to allow ADMIN rights just for application or something similar but would appreciate for any feedback.

Does this user require admin rights for other reasons?

XP and no other reason for admin rights
