My computer was recently infected with a virus. Some of the symptoms were inability to download anything, frequent crashes, the browser would close unexpectedly, and any search link I would click would get redirected. I took my laptop to a friend who works in IT, and he was able to clear up most of my issues except the search redirect virus which redirects my searches on IE & Firefox. Firefox still crashes as well. I found you guys on the internet and was hoping you could help.
