I'm not good with computers at all I tried reading the guides and tutorials I didn't understand a thing. I have a roommate and we both share this laptop and now we get this pop up when we start the laptop I usually exit it out I don't know where he went or what he downloaded, I have norton 360 but it doesn't find anything. here is the image of the pop up.
