Hi

A good friend of mine who knows less about computers than I do is having nightmares with ad.yieldmanager that only comes up on Ebay America.

I started at the begining using the information on Geeks ie ATS cleanup etc and I have the relavant logs.

Can you help me to help him?

Have him disable some of his toolbars like Google/Yahoo, they are usually responsible

I did that from the last time but it has come back again and he only has the toolbar that is with IE 8 and no others.
