Something has infected my computer to the point where none of my programs will run, including Task Manager unless I log in in safe mode. Even then, logged in as administrator, I get access denied when I try and set Automatic Updates to Automatic. I ran all other tips in your malware cleaning guide. I am attaching all the requested log files. When logged in as a normal user, things like Task Manager will appear for a few seconds then vanish.
