inspiron 530 bios not installed......

ive got this inspiron 530 and upon turning it on after the screen with the dell logo on it it just says something like achi bios not installed then goes to a black screen can't recal doing anything to cause this so what can i do

Most likely the problem is that the bios cannot detect a hard drive. This message normally happens when there is a scsi controller either not activated or removed from the system.
You mentioned you got this system. Can you explain what you mean by this. Has the system worked before? What was installed or removed from the system before it started with the error message?

yah sorry i got it all figured i just left it sit there for like an hr and it finally loaded the windows screen signed in did a system restore to 2-3days ago and it all works just fine.... there really wasn't any installed software or updates or any changes i could see that should have caused it but its all fine now.. so no big deal thanks for trying to give me hand tho
