I am experianced in creating excel macros. I use them to format and perform regular tasks on workbooks.

I want to create a macro in an excel template that will perform a task when a new work-book is created from the template, but not transfer the macro to the new workbook. It won't be needed once the workbook is created and I want to stop the new workbook asking to enable the macros every time it is opened.

Can anybody help?

Thanks
