I've no idea what this .dll is - sounds like a visual basic thingy?

but, I got an alert advising this .dll was missing when trying to run Spyware blaster and HiJack This.

Thanks to Rawe's help, my system is now clean and both the above programs do not report missing dll files.

My point is simply, do not assume that files are necessarily missing if a system is infected with spyware etc.. this may be being misreported.

Hope that helps everybody
