Hi were is the Application Data in windows 7. I have never used vista ither but thoght ill give windows 7 a go so were is Application Data so i can put all by back up in in seven as i was on xp pro?

It may be hidden, so you'll have to enable the viewing of hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer...Tools...Folder Options...View tab.
