have you entered a HJT log in the Malware Removal section of the site? There's some spyware experts that can help you fix this. I know it has to do with a bad BHO but I'm not trained in the area of spyware so i would post a log in the Malware Removal forum.

You should also ensure that System Restore is disabled when you run those scans -- if it is not, it will simply replace any of the removed spyware files on restart.
