Persistent hijacking

My computer has been persistently hijacked with this "trojan horse downloader.agent.bf". Here is my HJT log. Any help would be greatly appreciated:

Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

OK, so far I have had some success although the HJT log still looks familiar. At least now IE boots up with a blank page (which is how my homepage is setup). It looks though like I have not actually fixed the problem. This is my new HJT log:

Hello please download About:Buster and unzip it to your desktop. Start it, hit Ok, Start, And Ok again to start the scan. It will generate a log. Post that log along with a new Hijack this log here.
