How can I check to see if a service pack is even installed on my system it's probably not even on the system not having the remove feature.

At the moment you have service pack 3

Use the hidden $NtServicePackUninstall$ folder
Click Start, click Run, type c:\windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$\spuninst\spuninst.exe in the Open box, and then click OK.
When the Windows XP Service Pack 3 Removal Wizard starts, click Next.
Follow the instructions on the screen to remove Windows XP SP3.

Then download and install a fresh copy

Ok all of that is done. I noticed that I think I know what the problem is rather than me having the virus. When I told you I used YourUninstaller to remove something from my computer. I noticed that it started to remove .dll files that had nothing to do with the program like with photoshop, avg and other programs. I stopped the uninstaller because I noticed what it was doing. I then used CCleaner registry cleaner (I don't know why) and it removed many of the core .dll files from my registry so all my programs were either missing or not working properly just one problem or another. So after research I noticed that I would need to reinstall every program basically that the files were missing from. I believe the problem is that I didn't properly remove programs and I was installing the new programs in which probably is starting to affect my computer and maybe why programs wasn't working or maybe coming up missing. I really doubt that I have the virut virus because I haven't had Norton in such a long time and my computer is having really .dll errors rather than problems that usually viruses cause. What do you think?

See how it runs for the next day or so now you have a new set of core files, which should cure any of the deletion problems you experienced. Registry cleaners are dangerous unless you know your registry inside out so please do not use them, they do not really do anything for your system at all that is good for you

Ok, thanks alot. I will try and reinstall my AVG because I don't have anything like a AVG or McAfee as of now. Do you think I should do that?

Okay, about to reinstall that now. Also, for some reason my FF tab mix plus shows up as being an active add-on and sometimes it doesn't I don't know what's going on with Tab Mix Plus

Nevermind the tab mix pro is working fine now. I have got the AVG 8.5 back and I got IE 8 again. CPU usage spikes a bit so far but never to 100% and freeze up like I did before so I will monitor for a few days and see where it goes from here. Thanks a bunch

Thanks, now I am wondering if my user32.dll is infected because after checking with virustotal it shows as infected. I read a topic after researching the problem which made me check my user32.dll file because when my cpu usage jumped I kill the user32.dll process and the cpu usage went back to normal levels and haven't came back up. Something very strange happened. My computer restarted on the demand of ComboFix. It started back up and after a while the Log popped up which was blank labeled log.txt or something like that. During the process 2 files popped up on my computer pev.cfexe and cp24611.exe as system errors and unknown hard error.

However after checking C:/ I found nothing in reference to combofix or log but I did recognize a unknown folder called Qoobox and it had several files of combofix in them. I have am attaching each file that was listed in the folder started with ComboFix2.txt
