I had about given up and was going to take my computer to a repair shop until I found this site. The patience that Rorschach112 had with me was amazing, since I managed to even mess up when he had given me very detailed, step by step instructions. However he stayed with me and we were able to get my computer clean and now it runs like new.

Thanks Geekstogo and especially Rorschach112 for everything.
