Hey guys, I've been searching all over the internet trying to find a solution to this drwatson file before I wipe my comp AGAIN. Thankfully I came across you guys and started reading the forums. My problem is this:
My comp keeps having an a repeated hanup every 15 secs or so. When I open Task manager and disable drwtsn32.exe, it goes away temoprarily. Is there any way you guys can help me get rid of this problem?
I would greatly appreciate the help and respect what you guys are doing here.

Here's my HJT file:
