[FONT=Times] I have called verizon tech service about 15 times with the same problems. I was upgraded to 15m speed and my throughtput is slower than dialup, this also effects my browsing :tazz: I have tryed everything and I just ordered a new modem. The techs say they are working on the problem. How long does it take to fix this problem ;)

Verizon sucks, I have heard that while they fix the problem they also downgrade your download speed, I suppose they are doing the same thing.

Fire them and take your business elsewhere if at all possible
